Can I use Power Over Ethernet (PoE) to power the ECB devices? 

None of our ECB devices supports Power over Ethernet to power them. You have to use the provided power adaptor to power the ECB device. 

Please do not confuse the technical term Power over Ethernet (PoE), which is an IEEE technology that safely passes electrical power and data simultaneously over a single standard Ethernet cable, with the term Point of Entry filter (POE). These standards are established by organizations like the NSF International and the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) . Point of Entry filters are required for MoCA to work correctly.
